I thinks it's obvious you have an interest in boiler room type theme/images. I was wondering where this interest developed from.(?) After seeing your creations I myself am beginning to see an interest too.

Well.. you've made me really think!
I really like the whole steampunk look and it just reminds me of a mechanical room with pipes, gauges, valves, switches and all that. So one day when I made my avatar I just ended up making a boiler and added the hoists and it just kind of grew from there.

I have another one I'm working on when I have time that is in the basement again with another train like vehicle and several floors with elevators, hoist and all that. A little more complex then my avatar. Someday, I hope to finish it.

steampunk, i guess that would be a better way to describe it. A word/design/whatever i never even heard of prior to coming to know you. I remember when you added the sig to your profile in forumotion site. It's when i first developed an interest. It was certainly unique .I guess I've been sort of a silent fan ever since. Although i love doing sig,avatars,banners ect, most of what i do is based on images others offer for use. I add my own touches and make it my own so to speak. I don't have any high end photo editing site like PS, and to be honest i have comprehension issues that make understanding simple TUTs in gimp a bit difficult for me.. Wish i could do more and from scratch, but i'm content with what i can do; best of all i enjoy it. So I'll just continue to admire and drool over your creations, and others.
