| So in the newish future, I will be introducing a medieval like plot on my site and i like the site layout (skin/buttons/ranks ect) to follow that kind of layout. However, I'm not sure what kind of layout I want....brown is a bit boring lol.
Any ideas?

| With medieval, what comes to mind for me is browns, greens, ocher, gray and rust colors. Earthy colors. Anything old and worn looking is what I'd go for.

| Why not change it? make it something different, maybe off white & grey or totally go off the same ole routine and make it your own colors? Who says it has to be those colors? |

Just use your own imagination. It's good to get feedback but use feedback as suggestions. Your idea of design and art is totally different than others and if your eye for detail is how you see it, than you should go by your own instincts. Dusty has provided a list of cool resources to work with and one of them is a color scheme tool. Just click on that and it will show you all the colors and their complimentary. You're doing a great job so far; so don't let your "muse" go on a vacation without you.  |

The red bars will be black and white and the redish black background will be blacker and the text will be white but here is what it looks like so far.
